My stomach has gotten flatter, even with the fibroids, so it might be an ice cream day. Last time I had the banana split since I hadn't eaten lunch and I thought that fruit and calcium were healthy.

Coldstone Creamery's ice cream is too gummy. I like the soft swirl, fresh from the cows in rural Wisconsin.
